Our Missionary in Ghana

We are so excited this morning as we will be going to the airport to meet our missionary that has been in prison in Ghana for at least 9 months.  I think you will remember almost a year ago he and another msisionary were accused of raping a 14 year old girl and they have been in prison ever since.  He was to return from his mission in August, but has been in prison all of this time.  The Brethren in Salt Lake and from our Area Office have been working tirelessly with much legal help sent into Ghana and they have finally been able to get them released.  He will return this morning to his non-member family and we have been invited to be at the airport with Bishop Matswagothata.  It is our Conference Weekend and we were able to view the Priesthood Session and the Saturday morning session last night.  We will probably miss most of the Saturday Afternoon session while we are at the airport this morning, but then we will join the Branches and wArd for the Sunday Sessions later today.
We love you all and just wanted you to be able to share in our join and relief this morning and it has been a long several months.  He is actually from our YSA Ward and there will be much joy and rejoicing and giving of thanks to our Heavely Father for this day.

We Love You ALL
