Week 11 - Papa Lynn

Dear Family and Friends,

The time just flies past. It seems in many ways that it was only a couple of days ago that we entered the MTC in Provo but it has been over two months. I have some pictures that I want to have on our blog so I have compressed them and I hope they go well for Kricket to down load and put in the blog.

THIS IS THE FRONT DOOR WITH THE DOOR YOU SEE ON THE LEFT LEADING TO THE GARAGE. THE KITCHEN IS THE FARTHEREST DOOR ON THE RIGHT.

HERE IS SISTER OLSON ON TH PHONE IN THE KITCHEN. THE FRONT DOOR IS JUST TO MY LEFT AND THE HALL TO MY RIGHT.

THIS IS THE DINNING ROOM AND YOU CAN ALMOST SEE THE DOOR LEADING TO THE GARAGE ON THE RIGHT HAND PART OF THE PICTURE.

THIS IS ACROSS THE HALL FROM THE DINNING ROOM. UNDER THE CLOCK THERE IS AN OPENING WINDOW THAT LOOKS INTO THE KITCHEN.

THIS IS ACROSS FROM THE DINNER ROOM AS WELL BUT A LITTLE FARTHER FROM THE FRONT DOOR. THESE LAST TWO PICTURES JOIN WITH A BIG ARCH WAY TYPE OPENING.

THIS IS THE MISSIONARY ROOM. IF ANY OF THE MISSIONARIES NEED TO MAKE UP BAPTISMAL PROGRAMS OR EVEN USE FOR APPLYING FOR UNIVERSITY OR THINGS LIKE THAT.

JUST BEYOND THE MISSIONARY ROOM THERE ARE TWO BATHROOMS. THE ONE ON THE RIGHT IS FOR THE MISSIONARIES TO USE AND I USE THE OTHER ONE AS MY SHOWER AND BATHROOM.

THIS IS THE SPARE BEDROOM FOR ANYONE THAT COMES TO VISIT US.

THE MASTER BATHROOM THAT LORRAINE USES AND I USE SOMETIMES AS WELL WHEN SHE ISN’T USING IT.

FROM THE MASTER BATHROOM DOOR LOOKING INTO THE MASTER BEDROOM

FROM THE FARSIDE OF MASTER BEDROOM WHERE THE PANTS ARE ON A DRYING RACK IN THE PREVIOUS PICTURE. THIS IS THE OFFICE IN THE BEDROOM.

As you can see we are not living in misery here in Botswana. We are making some changes and I will send you some pictures of the changes when they are done. That will most likely be in a week or so. We send our love and prayers for each of you daily and even twice a day plus personal prayers from each Mom and I. Keep the faith and attend your church meetings, teach our grandchildren the gospel. We love all of you and miss you very much.

We heard that women’s conference was wonderful and Shaundalee and her sisters did great with four different numbers. Mom really would like to have been there with all of you. Cindy, I hear that Kylea was able to go to the temple and have much family there. Your sisters were wonderful and said they enjoyed being with you and Kylea in the temple. We wish you well in the next couple weeks getting things put together for the wedding itself.

With Love Out Of Africa,

DAD and MOM
